Originally a cornerstone of regional warehousing and wholesale trade, the building now enters a bold new chapter as a modern, flexible work environment designed for today's entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses of all sizes.

Gene Papa Jr
A lifelong Clarksburg entrepreneur and president of Central Van & Storage, Gene brings decades of logistics expertise and a passion for community development. His vision for Work Central is rooted in providing real solutions to the challenges faced by small business owners—especially when it comes to space, cost, and support.

Work Central is housed in one of Clarksburg’s most iconic industrial buildings. Originally built in 1900, it has served as a vital hub for warehousing and commerce for more than a century.
